Suggest Treatment For Right-sided Pain On The Back Below The Rib Cage

I have been having pain that started on the right side of my back right below the rib cage. It has traveled to the front of my right side. My skin feels a little sore to the touch and I ve been running a low grade fever. This has been going on for a week.

I really appreciate your concern, the pain could be due to musculoskeletal condition and it can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day, drink more water, for the low grade fever if this long last then it may needs investigations hope this information helps.
