General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Welcome to HCM I have gone through your query. Are you taking antibiotics by the advise of your doctor? If like that then you can continue. But if there is persisting high fever then you should report your doctor because it can be due to no response to antibiotics or pneumonia. Another symptoms that you should report is increasing dyspnoea. Dehydration can be noted by dry tongue and also dry skin. You can give warm fluids like chicken soup , tea with lemon or warm water for dehydration. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
