Suggest Treatment For Reoccurring Stomach Pains After Undergoing Angioplasty

My husband went through angioplasty three months ago(september2011) .now he complains of recurrent stomach pains. It triggers very suddenly. He was initially in sales job. We consulted a gastro-physician and adviced him to quit his job since streeful life and food habits are causing the problem. He has taken leave but the stomach hasnt gone yet. He is only 32 yeras. Please advice

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Soft , light diet at intervals ; avoidance of oily , spicy , non veg stuffs
- No smoking or alcohol .

- Regular walking , exercises , YOGA
- Intake of Proton pump inhibitors as pantoprazole on empty stomach
on regular basis .
- Check his drug basket for the drugs causing gastric irritation or consult
and discuss with the doctor .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Have regular sound sleep of 8 hrs .

* Future need of ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy according to the
clinical progress .
