My partner has used a erection enhancement called Max size male enhancement cream to increase sexual performance and maximize pleasure after using the cream last night the top of his penis is swollen and red looking like a water balloon its slightly painful bit not to bad just really concerned as it doesn't look normal. This is obviously hypersensitivity reaction because of the cream that is being applied, now just wait for some time because this would come around on its own, if this does not then you can try Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day no need to apply anything now, take care.
