For two days I have had outer ear pain. Today it is red and swollen. the pain continues to upper neck are below the ear lobe. No fever. Feels hot inside that area. Do I have perhaps a bite or an infection. I have made an appointment with my primary Dr. for tomorrow. Would an antihistamine be in order? It is worse today.
