Suggest Treatment For Red Swollen And Sore Sebaceous Cysts

I keep getting serbatious cysts. Some often reoccur and others become red, swollen and are extremely sore. Ive had to have 2 removed by an operation under general anaesthetic. I am diabetic, is this why I keep getting them? I have another one now and it s so so sore

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be sebaceous cyst, may be something else, better to get done the biopsy to get it confirm, this may not be due to diabetes, but of course diabetes may flair up this, hope this information helps, take care.
