Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Mosquito bites surrounded by red and blue marks followed by itchiness could be due to an allergic reaction against the bite spots.

I suggest you consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of the anti-histaminic drug. Pain in the eyes could be due to exposure to sunrays.
I suggest you use artificial tears and avoid direct exposure to sunlight for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
