Suggest Treatment For Recurring Yeast Infection In Vagina Causing Extreme Itchiness

I have a recurrent yeast infection, causing severe itching....over the past 10 months....it has not really gone away. I use monistat cream and it goes away for maybe 2 days after the coarse of the med. I have tried everything and have been to the Dr, but it has been about 9 months ago...I have been trying my best to cure it myself. It is more in the labia and outside. It is miserable. I wonder if it is a bacteria infection instead. IS there any natural remedies to try.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the condition is not responding to anti fungal then it may not be fungal infection, the condition can be managed on tentative basis with broad spectrum like "Povidone Iodine" vaginal suppository and if it fails to work then condition needs clinical examination for right diagnosis hope this information helps.
