Suggest Treatment For Recurring Small Pits In Between The Toes

For the past few weeks I have noticed small pits forming on one are on the inside of the tie next to the big toe. Now some are deeper and when I remove the skin there are black spots. It is on both feet same toe, except my lefr toe has only shallow pits. And they keep reaccuring once the skin grows back after I have removed it. What is it?

Treatment options include topical fusidic acid cream over the affected area. However you must consult your dermatologist regarding the same.
