Suggest Treatment For Recurring Itchy Bumps On The Penis Shaft

I keep getting itchy lumps under the skin of the shaft of my Penis and under the Helmut of my penis. Every once and a while the bust open when I draw them out with water and salt soak and underneath is white tissue looking stuff....had for three years now had skin biopsy twice with no diseases find...no one is able to diagnosis it and I am feeling at a loss...

condylomata acuminata
Lymphogranuloma venerum
Syphilis

Hence please do the following test
Blood culture
Urine culture

Meanwhile please see a virologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
