Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your recurrent abdominal adhesion with two previous surgery following difficulty with defecation I am suggesting that you have developed post operative adhesions

In view of this please do the following test
Abdominal x-ray
Abdominal scan

Meanwhile please see a surgeon specialist with the results and for expect clinical assessment and possible surgical interventional procedures

Moreover you will definitely benefit from adhesiolysis which has a very good prognosis after the procedure

In addition please continue your medication pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
