Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Penis Head

Hello. I have a rash on the head of my penis on the ring. They are red, scaly patches. They do not hurt nor do they itch. I noticed it about a year ago and have been tested for all STDs which all resulted in a negative result. I use hydrocortisone to keep it moist for it not to scale however the red bumps are still there. They are raised just a little. I do not have any discharge and haven t had any sexual contact in a while. I m very concerned because they will not go away and they are noticeable. Please help! Attached are pictures of the irritation.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Keep your penis healthy. Don't use steroid based creams. You can wash it twice daily with mild soap and dry it with a clean cloth. You can apply moisturizer cream containing zinc oxide or any natural ingredient. You may also smear lightly calamine lotion at bedtime. It should subside in about week to ten days.
