Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Eye Lid And Upper Lip

My daughter who is 15 has a rash on who face which is on her eye lids, upper lip, around her mouth and heading down her neck she has had it for a year on and off we have tried creams, had blood tests, gone off wheat in her diet, she has hardly any sugar or dairy a very bland diet , haven't changed washing powder or any shampoos we use chemical free in our house

Thanks for the query..

As per your complain it seems that rash on eyelids, upperlips and heading towards neck seems to be due to Perioro- facial Dermatitis..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and advise you to apply topically ointments containing Doxycycline, Metronidazole..
You can also be advised oral intake of erythromycin..
Ointments containing Azaelic acid,Pimecrolimus etc can help..
Avoid any skin cosmetic or steroid ointments..
Avoid excess sun exposure, use gel based sunscreen lotion..
