General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Are you sexually active? Is there any pus/watery discharge from the rash? I suggest you to take

1. VDRL test (Venereal disease research laboratory test) to rule out Syphilis.

2.T.Doxycycline 100mg 1-0-1 for 7 days after food.

3.If symptoms persist kindly consult your physician to rule out other sexually transmitting disease and drug allergy.

4.Kindly do PSA (Prostate-specific antigen) test for screening.

5.Consume adequate amount of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini
