Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Inner Thigh Of Right Leg

I have had this rash for less than two months, it s a grey rash on the inner thigh of the right leg, it does not smell it just itches every now and then and it seems to break out a little like zits but they aren t popped with puss inside I don t pop them I just scratch the area. Is this something to be concerned about?
