Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Body While Having Elevated SGPT And SGOT Levels

Hello sir please help me out. My sgpt and sgot level was above 800 now its came down at around 350. But I got full body skin rashes. Please advise how to control rashes. Now I am taking some steroids capsules as per doctor advise but skin rashes are increasing. Please please advice me!

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following is symptomwise approach:

1. treatment guideline is try to establish the cause and if possible eliminate it such as food, drug, infection (raised liver tests, so check for any viral pathology), pressure, friction, heat, cold etc.

2. Ask for WBC count and if eosinophilia then diethyl carbamazine citrate for tropical eosinophilia alongwith steroid.

3. Inj. calcium sandoz with vit.C, I.V. slow daily for three days.
. tab. albendazole (broad spectrum antihelminthic): 1 twice daily for 3 days
. tab. cetrizine or tab. allegra once daily
. tab calmpose 5 mg at night (tranquiliser till itching is controlled)
