Suggest Treatment For Rash When On Antibiotics For Sore Throat
Hi, my 14 year old son has this evening developed a rash, im worried that it might be the shingles, he has already had the chickenpox twice in his life, once when he was about 2 years od, and the second time was when he was 12 years old, he is presently taking an antibiotic for a sore throat, should I continue to give this to him??? an is there any advice you can give me in relation to this Thank You

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be viral infection but this could be some allergic rash and this is nothing to worry because such condition could be self limiting wait for some time if this does not come around then "Diphenhydramine" can be tried hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
