Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to anxiety. Anyway, I recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some other tests:

- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- complete blood count for anaemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.

An exercise cardiac stress test may be needed, considering the recurrent chest pain. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
