Welcome dear!

Thanks for consulting me at my virtual clinic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
Such kind of pains usually develop either due to Peptic Ulcer Disease or it's due to constipation or other gastrointestinal system derangements. I need a bit more history for a complete diagnosis. But empirically I advise my patients at this level, to resolve constipation issues(if they have any). For that I recommend Syrup Lactulose 4TSF at night daily for 7 days. Take plenty of fluids and fruits. High fiber diet and exercise. No Soda and junk foods.
And if you have acid peptic disease, I recommend to take Tablet Itopride10mg 3times a day before meals and Omeprazole40mg twice before meals daily and Syrup Mucaine 2TSF before meals ( all for 14days). Avoid tea beverages and caffeine products.

May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback and five star rating, to help me assist you in a better way. Click at 'I Find This Answer Helpful' & give a five Stars too. Write a review about your experience with me.
