General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The problem is in your lumbar spine and you need to get opinion of neurosurgeon in this regard as your pain is not settling even kn maximum possible medical treatment. He might like to decompress your nerve by laminectomy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
