Suggest Treatment For Quick Healing Of Chicken Pox Lesion
I'm 7 days in with chicken pox (at 36!) - how do you let the "pox" heal? Do they fall off? Should i be exfoliating and moisturizing? I just dont want to scar. Im completely covered head to soles of feet and there are some nasty puss filled ones and im at a loss.as to how to treat this phase of what is THE worst illness ive encountered (1st world problems! Lol!) Please help!
Understanding your concern. as per your query you had chicken pox lesions since 1 week which is mainly due to viral infection and poor immunity of body. Well need not to panic about it, chicken pox lesions don't leave scar as such until and unless you scratch them. Try antiviral drug such as Zovirox it will halt the progression of disease and prevent further complication associated with the disease. Topical application of calamine lotion will heal up the rashes. Take antihistamine Chlorphenamine which is most effective for this. Eat green leafy vegetable sand fruits in diet. Don't scratch lesion with nail as it will cause bacterial infection there.
Hope your concern has been resolved. Get Well soon. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
