Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Nothing serious with pus cells in Semen. It may be due to infection of reproductive tract (prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis or Epididymitis).
The semen can be sent for culture and sensitivity test for non-specific pathogens and Gonorrhea. Rule out Chlamydia with tests (NAAT or PCR).
Treat the cause according to the out-come of these results with guidance of your physician.
If all results came, repeat the procedure with a prostatic massage fluid. You will get relieved from this infection and the quality of semen will get improved. Do't forget to treat your partner or partners if STD pathogens are identified. Abstinence from sex is a must during treatment.
Get well soon.
