Hi,

This sounds concerning. No young person develops pus without a reason on both ears. Maybe bedbugs or flea could damage your skin and provoke inflammation. Check that out, see a local doctor dermatologist. Chronic bacterial infection can lead to systemic inflammation or even sepsis. Please be careful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Marius Lazar, Dermatologist
