General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with pulsation in your ear with whooshing sounds I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a hypertensive condition
In view of this please check your blood pressure to rule out any hypertensive episode
Meanwhile see an ENT specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps Regards
