Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Pain In Arms

My arm has been aching for nearly three months. I thought I injured it at the gym and I am having physio treatment and chiropracter treatment both which have helped but it is still aching. The worst pain/ache is in the morning when I wake up. It is similiar to when I had overuse in my right arm but this is my left arm and I am right handed so is not related to overuse of the mouse. I take painkillers ocassionally at night to help

hi.

noted history of pain in arm. it may be a peripheral neuropathy which needs physical examination and clinical evaluation of a doctor, preferably a neurologist. etiology must be investigated. it may be positional or secondary to an underlying disease. diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly. intake of vitamin B complex and rehabilitation/physical therapy may also be of help.

good day!!
