Suggest Treatment For Problems In Breathing And Tight Throat

I am having problems breathing as it feels as if my throat is tight. I felt sick also so I walked upstairs to bed, after which my heart started to race more than usual. I now feel cold (despite the house being warm) and starred to shiver. I have had this several times before (but not quite as severe) over the period of about 1 month and I have seen the out of hours doctor (in quite a bad attack or whatever you may call it) and the ordinary doctor, neither of which could find anything wrong. I do have asthma and I have taken my inhaler but nothing seems to have happened. My only allergy is to chocolate and that was about 10 years ago, I have been fine with that until now. Please help as I am worried it may get worse.

I have read your query breathing problem and tight throat can be due to upper respiratory infection or viral infection . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for clinical examination and treatment . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle and you can take medicine like Allegra by consulting with local doctor .
