hi dear dr i m irfan from pakistan.i married in 2006.at that time whenever i use to sex with my wife my total time upto the cumsho mean ejuculation time was tatally 5 min max.now i cant sex above 1 min.plz tell me the medicen which available in pakistanto which i use and then my timing become lenthy upto 20 to 30 min.bkz i wana enjoy sucking of my cock into mouth of my wife.
