Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

Hi I am a 27 year old male who has recently having trouble keeping an erection during sex. I recently had a spinal fusion of L5 S1 and am wondering if this could be the problem. I have no other medical conditions but do take colotopin for anxiety.I do smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day. I want to find out the possibile causes as this is really putting a strain on my relationship. It is happening a few times a week now and i don t know what to do
