Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Depression is supposed to be managed with the help of medicines and imparting life style changes. If you sit at home and not do any productive assignments, there are every possibility that your depressive episodes will return. Please understand. You should consult a psychologist (with your psychiatrist's consent, of course), who will guide you through behavioral therapy , exposure therapy and rational emotive therapy. Work with the psychologist for management of your problem.
