General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to urinary incontinence.

I suggest using anticholinergics.

These medications can calm an overactive bladder and may be helpful for urge incontinence.

These are prescription medications, so you should consult your doctor about the prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
