Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Chest

I have red like pimples that started out looking like almost a ringworm on my chest in between my breast it has a white head that is somewhat large and is itchy. It has spread unto two other all pimples that itch. And has been on my chest for over 7 months now. But has became a bit smaller i also have white circle blotches on my chest next to it! On my chest

Hello,

I believe it can be ringworm as you describe it as red circles with white patch in middle. Yet it would be better if you attach a photo of the rash in reports for me to confirm it. You can use anti-fungal ointment such Lamisil or Clotrimoxazol cream over it.
