As per your query you have pimple problem over the cheeks and forehead . Well this is very common problem in teens , which occur due to hormonal changes , oily skin , side effects of any cosmetic product , sun exposure or allergic reaction . I would suggest you to wash your face with cold water and face wash containing benzoyl peroxide , apply cream containing azelaic acid which is very effective and safe for use twice a days . Aslo apply vitamin C serum before going to bed for quick recovery . Exfoliate your face with non comedogenic exfoliant one a week . If condition get worse or doesn't improve then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe retinoids and antibiotics like minocycline . For now drink plenty of fluid and eat healthy .
