Suggest Treatment For Pimples In The Clitoris

I experienced severe sweating, dizziness nausea and vomiting. The dizziness was so bad I could not move or open my eyes without throwing up. My clothing was soaked through. I eventually passed out cold on the floor. I checked my symptoms and I m concerned I may have suffered a heart attack. Feeling better but extremely tired. Don t have much of an appetite and still slightly nauseated. Did I have a heart attack? I am 51, smoker, type 2 diabetes and have high blood pressure. There is a history of heart disease on my father s side and he suffered several heart attacks in his lifetime.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pimples in the clitoris commonly occurs due to folliculitis. Avoid shaving & using chemical hair removers. Take care of your hygiene, wear cotton undies. Do not squeeze or scratch. Apply Neosporin or Soframycin ointment in the affected area.

Since you have history of high BP, DM type 2 & a smoker you should get a cardiac check up done. Get CBC, Lipid function test, urinalysis, X-Ray, ECG, stress test, etc to rule out any developing CAD. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of symptoms & pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
