Hi

You seem to have developed a lesion of pyoderma over the face.
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash with lukewarm saline water twice daily and apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the infection tends to persist or increase.
Take some oral anti inflammatory agents like ibuprofen or paracetamol twice daily for the associated pain and swelling.
