Suggest Treatment For Piles

Sir,i am suffering from piles, 6 months ago i been to India and consulted with doctor, as he advised me for operation due to short of vacation i came back Kuwait with out operation still i am suffering can you please suggest me a better doctor in Kuwait so i can start my treatment.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since you are a known patient suffering from piles also called as hemorrhoids you can consult a General surgeon doing surgery related to anal canal.
Till then do the following things:
Take Sitz bath in a tub with warm water at least 3 times a day.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause constipation or increase your symptoms.
Tale stool softener and laxatives to keep the stools soft.
Avoid any activities that causes strain.
Avoid stress and anxiety, long standing activities.
Consult a General Surgeon for fresh per-rectal anal examination and ano-proctoscopy.
IF you are above the age of 30 get a colonoscopy also done along with tests of blood, stool, urine and Ultrasonography of abdomen.
