Suggest Treatment For Piles

i am having a problem though i have done operation 3 month ago i am bleeding now and my piles are still outside what should i eat and is controllable at home as ate lots of chocolate is that a problem. Can i eat eggs, honey water or honey water with lemon.

have plenty of dietary fibers fresh fruits and adequate fluids

liquid paraffin to avoid constipation and lignocaine ointment for pain relief
Sitz bath twice daily will help you a lot
