Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pneumonia, Back Pain And Low Grade Fever

My husband was diagnosed with pneumonia about 2 weeks ago. He was given azithromycin for 3 days. Several days later he got another and just finished the third round. He is still sick with cough and intermittent low grade fever and now complaining of back pain. Do you have any suggestions.
