Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain While On Nucynta

I have been under the care of pain management and had finely found Nucynta. I am 74 having chronic pain for over 40 yrs. I am sick of having to get prior authorization but it got worse when Medicare denied my Nucynta until I tried oxycodon w/Tylenol. It is not working and the other 2 drugs contain sulfate but I am allergic to sulfa. I would appreciate any suggestions for drugs. My e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY . Any help would be appreciated.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Nucynta contains Tapentadol in form of the centrally acting molecule for inhibition of Norepinephrine reuptake.

This requires dose adjustment with basic lifestyle changes and meditations to get sooner better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
