Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having vitamin deficiency or spinal stenosis. It can be clarified by vitamin B12 and vitamin D test. You have already had MRI but you have not commented about lumbar stenosis. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobamin will be helpful. Vitamin D can be taken if it is deficient. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you good health. Take care.
