One thing is sure that our health depends on what we eat , when we eat and how we eat and also our life style and activity level .
It is important to stay properly hydrated for elimination of toxins from your body .
Along with diet management - including essential nutrients and antioxidants like juice of amla ,
aloe vera , fresh juicy fruit & ginger garlic & spices like bishop's seeds , black pepper , nuts , green veges ,lemon and a 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder with a cup of cow's hot milk will helps to enhance minimum required energy level .
To detox and strengthen your body & mind ,Daily exercise to keep the joint moving will help reduce
knee pain . So minimum physical activity - walk ,yoga - Stretching of limbs gently, Setubandh , Bhujjangasan ,Makkarasan, Shavasan , Pranayam - Kapal bhatti , deep breathing , Anulom Vilom , Omkaar Naad are helpful .
Avoid
Dehydration, over medication , muscle mass, fried , fast foods , fats, salt , caffeine ,alcohol ,
