Suggest Treatment For Persistent Hypothyroidism

I have history of hypothyroidism and was on meds but those numbers are considered normal now without meds For a few years. I have many symptoms for hypo Still. Two antibodies test were abnormal so had radioactive iodine uptake test which was slightly abnormal high at 34% at 24 hours. My question what could cause hypo symptoms but with abnormal antibody bloodwork and high iodine uptake?
