Suggest Treatment For Persistent High Fever
Hello. My father had chill and high fever but his blood urine tests are notmal. He had citi scan and still normal.. his liver and lungs were checked also and still notmal. What must be happening? His fever is on amd off and we are confused about his condition.pls reply thank u

Hello,
If your father has been to tropical areas, such on and off fever is concerning for specific infection like malaria. Some blood dyscrasias can also present the same So I would advise a peripheral smear, complete and differential count to be done again.
