General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Acitaminophen(the active ingredient in Tylenol) is considered safe in pregnancy. It's best to avoid aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) such as ibuprofen and naproxen. Some studies suggest that taking these medications near conception or in early pregnancy may increase the risk of miscarriage and birth defects.
A cold compress and rest can help alleviate headaches.
relaxing technique like taking deep breaths might be useful.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Good luck in your pregnancy,
Regards.
