Suggest Treatment For Persistent Gastric Pain

sir, my name is rajesh panda and my age is 28. iam suffering from gastric pain since 1 year. when i was consult my doctor he precribe me some antacid tablet and antacid syrup. But ican t feeling good still now.then he suggest me for the test of indoscopy. so i will prepare for indoscopy. but the result was (MULTIPLE ERROSIONS WITH SURROUNDING HYPERMIA) . So i will request you tell me the solution of this.

Hello,

The report saying "multiple erosions in the stomach" means due to excessive hydrochloric acid mucous membrane has been damaged.

This needs to corrected by using drugs like Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole or Rabiprazole etc. These drugs will block the acid secretion almost fully and help in restoring damaged mucous membrane.

So you have to be on one of these drugs like 40 mg of Rabeprazole once a day for at least 2 to 3 weeks and then check the again. Repeat endoscopy may not be required. Symptom improvement will give you an indication.

Along with this you have to avoid foods that increase gastric acid like tea, coffee, alcohol, spicy foods. Plus you will have to take food very regularly and timely. If you are smoking that needs to be discontinued too.
