Suggest Treatment For Persistent Draining Boils In Thighs And Private Parts

I have had a boil for 3 years would always drain and fill back up when it would drain i would squeeze it a little bit and it would spray like a hose and sometimes I would be in the bath room for an hour at a time because the boil would not stop draining. To make a long story short I have been to different doctors and even to the hospital because it swelled up the size of a base ball, the only thing anyone would do is give me antibiotics which never worked for me. I have tried every home remedy there is and I know I m going to have one heck of a scar. The boil has several openings and I have gotten other boils near it. I have suffered from boils all my life and unfortunately they are all in my thighs and private area, this puts a real damper on my personal life. About 3 months ago a black seed like thing came out of the boil along with a bunch of pus, blood and dead tissue but the boil is still filling up and draining. My question to you is, what can I do to get the boil to stop draining and is there anything I can say or do to get a doctor to cut it out? I have so many scars from having this disease all my life is there anything doctors can do? Is rhere anything i can put on it to help my scars? I need it to go away! Please help!!!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of multiple boils, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. You need longer course of oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil or rifampicin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
5. There is no cream or oral medicines for scars. Only possible treatment is laser resurfacing.

Thanks.
