Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness And Tinnitus

I have the following symptoms: dizziness, lightheaded, quezzy, and ringing in my ear. I get waves of these symptoms but the ringing in ear i realize has persisted for months. I have gotten this before but it has not lasted this long (4-5 days now). I am wondering if i might have an inner ear issue going on. No pain but very uncomforable/unsettling with the vertigo and light headedness. I would like to know what to take that might help? I have an appt to see an ENT in several days.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be the symptoms of vertigo but chances of this is very less likely because it may be due to some functional condition still it can be managed with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, better to get done the ear examination because wax impaction may the cause hope this information helps.
