Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dandruff On Scalp

Hi doctor.I am 32 years old, male, suffering from severe dandruff for the last 10 years. Normal anti dandruff shampoo simply dont help the cause and I have this kind of a dead skin all the time which gets partially removed when I shampoo but builds up again very quickly.Please help.Regards,Ali

maybe what you are describing is scalp psoriasis. is it patchy and localised to few areas of your scalp? use ketoconazole and saliclic acid combination shampoo for better results.
