Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Excessive Phlegm In Throat
I have had a persistent cough and excessive phlem for 6 days now. The cold made my throat sore but that is cleared up now and my fever broke four nights ago. I have high blood pressure. Have been drinking lots of water but just can t get rid of this cough and mucus.

From history it seems that you might be having viral infection and now gradually it is improving.
Take some cough expectorant regularly for few days.
Expectorate productive cough as much you can.
Do deep breathing exercise.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
