Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cold And Pain In The Temple Area

Hi I ve had a cold for 3 weeks but for the last 1 week I ve had awful pain in my temple and back of my neck just under the cape of my head It comes and goes throughout the day sometimes its unbearable but sometimes it s ok ( still hurts but not as bad I have to hold my head when I get them it happens more when I m bending or looking down but it also does it by a simple slow movement :(

It is most likely a sinusitis. Please try taking crocin tablet and do steam inhalation with added Vicks/Eucalyptus oil--regards
