Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be an infection. Were any chest X-rays done? The medication you have been given is correct but you should discuss with your doctor regarding their non-effectivness and then devise a plan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
